Today I'm dealing with a little holiday guilt. It looks like I'm not sending out Christmas cards AGAIN this year. I had incredible intentions, dating all the way back to last Christmas. I bought a bunch of cards after Christmas last year (when they were half-price) and set them aside for this year. But, I guess I "set them aside" too well. I can't find them anywhere. I've torn my condo apart looking for them and I've decided that for the sake of my sanity, I have to stop looking. So in the meantime I'm getting all these Christmas cards from people who won't get one from me this year. I feel very guilty!

So anyway, I have glamorous plans for tonight - to clean up the chaos I created looking for my Christmas cards. It really is so exciting to be me...

Shannon's Ramblings

my first blog - and I've got to say I'm pretty excited. This is sort of a spur of the moment blog creation, I may regret it later, but for now it is very cool.

Today I've been talking with my family and trying to get all the holiday details worked out. I'm blessed to have a week back in Alabama, but I have a feeling it won't be enough time to see all the people I want to see. I'll just have to get creative with scheduling I guess.

This afternoon I'm going to see The Two Towers. I'm pretty pumped about that. I read all the books last year after seeing The Fellowship and I have been eagerly awaiting the next installment since then. I'll be sure to post about the new movie.

Anyway, that's about it for this morning.
