at church on sunday morning, during our prayer time, i fell in front of the whole church. i was trying to get to someone who was waiting to be prayed with so i made my way over to her by walking between some pews. bad idea. my foot caught on the pew and i nearly fell down. i caught myself, but not before it was really obvious what had happened. it was in the youth section so most of my kids got to see it. it is good for them to see me look like an idiot from time to time - they can't accuse me of being intimidating! anyway it was hilarious, but the best part of the story came this morning when wade informed me that my fall had been caught on the weekly video of our service. so, for all of you garnett people who missed my performance, you can still see it! but, i'm thinking about charging for the clip and using it as a student ministry fundraiser. i'll let you know the details later. peace.
