I know this is pretty pitiful - almost two months since my last blog!

anyway, new and exciting things are happening. i did finally locate my lost christmas cards. i found them last week as i was putting away some boxes. just for future reference, they are in a new balance shoe box on the third shelf in my closet. hopefully next christmas, i will actually get some cards sent out. if i forget where they are, i'll be counting on all of you to remind me where they are. i know that no one is actually reading this, because no one knows about this blog, but anyway...

other exciting news: i'm still getting lost in tulsa. as recently as yesterday i got lost for at least 30 minutes. that is so ridiculous and frustrating - i've lived here almost three years. i guess i'll figure it out one day.

ok, something that truly is exciting is i am attending a spiritual formation retreat led by brennan manning this weekend in missouri. for those of you who don't know, brennan manning is one of my favorite authors. it should be a great weekend. it is snowing here today, but hopefully the weather will clear up for my drive tomorrow.
